Greetings LT collaborators!

The 1999 landmarking season, our 4th, was as exciting as the first 3. I'm confident that landmarking will not become boring anytime soon! For more than a year I've been intending to write a project update for our friends around the Tongass. Now that the fall rains are upon us, I'm happy to have an excuse to sit before a dry computer and reflect back on the incredible places we visited this year.
